Refund policy

At Qaraca, we take pride in the quality of our curated collections. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We maintain a strict quality control process. Returns are accepted only if they meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item remains unused, unopened, and in its original premium packaging.
  • The product is in its original, re-sellable condition.

Note: Qaraca reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these specific conditions.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain the integrity of our inventory, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
  • Items missing original packaging or tags.
  • Discounted, promotional, or "Final Sale" items.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. THE RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a formal return request:

  1. Email our concierge team at support@qaraca.com.
  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  3. Attach supporting media (images/videos).

Please note: Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

5. SHIPPING & COSTS

  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Recommendation: We strongly advise using a trackable courier service. Qaraca is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (our preferred and fastest method).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our quality standards upon return.

7. CANCELLATIONS & COD POLICY

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an item has shipped, the sale is considered final unless a return is processed under the terms above.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Integrity: By choosing COD, the customer agrees to accept and pay for the order upon arrival.
  • Refusals: In the event of a refused COD delivery, Qaraca reserves the right to restrict or block future orders from that account/address to protect our logistics operations.
