Qaraca is a global brand governed by Qaraca Group Inc. (Surrey, BC, Canada). Regional Operations, fulfillment, logistics, and local customer operations are managed by Qaraca Pakistan (Lahore, Pakistan).

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors or product appearance may differ due to your device settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Your order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until Qaraca confirms acceptance. Please review your order carefully; we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been dispatched.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions made at our store.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times provided for Pakistan and International orders are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including all trademarks, logo, text, images, and graphics, are owned by Qaraca Group Inc. and protected by International copyright laws.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We provide access to such tools ”as is” and ”as available.”

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada (Global Headquarters) and the laws of Pakistan (Regional Operations). Any disputes arising from local fulfillment, delivery, or operational activities within Pakistan shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
SECTION 23 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS
By choosing COD, you agree to pay the invoice in full upon delivery. Qaraca reserves the right to restrict future orders for customers with a history of COD refusals.
