- Express Delivery (Lahore): 24–48 hours for select zones.
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days via our global logistics partners.
B. SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping rates are calculated to provide the best value for our customers:
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders under Rs. 5000.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above Rs. 5000.
C. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
To facilitate our customers, COD is available nationwide. Please note the following:
- Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery to avoid delays.
- Our couriers are not authorized to allow "Open Parcel" before payment.
Note: If there is an issue with your product upon opening, please refer to our Return Policy.
D. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (orders@qaraca.com) and SMS. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through our courier partner’s portal.
